  5. GETTING STARTED.
  6. ----------------
  7. WinX10 is written in Visual Basic  and therefore requires the file
  8. VBRUN200.DLL.    If you don't already have  VBRUN200.DLL  on  your
  9. system then download it from Compuserve, AOL or BBS  and  Unzip it
  10. into your Windows System directory (eg C:\WIN\SYSTEM).

  12. Once you have VBRUN200.DLL on your system,  install WinX10 on your
  13. system by performing the following steps.

  15.      1) Unzip WINX1016.ZIP onto a Floppy or into a TEMP directory
  16.      2) Start Windows
  17.      3) From the Program Manager, choose FILE-RUN
  18.      4) If you inserted the disk in drive A:, type A:\SETUP
  19.         If you inserted the disk in drive B:, type B:\SETUP
  20.         If you Unzipped WINX10 into a TEMP directory, then 
  21.         run SETUP from the TEMP directory
  22.  
  23. WinX10 Setup will prompt you for a target directory. It will then
  24. create the directory (if necessary), and copy the following files
  25. to that directory.

  27.  WINX10.EXE - Main program
  28.       *.ICO - Example Icon files
  29.   HOUSE.BMP - Example house BMP file
  30. NOFOUND.ICN - default Icon used when selected Icon can't be found
  31.    CITY.DAT - Longitude/Latitude information for various cities.
  32.       *.TXT - Various text files including documention and order form.
  33.       
  34. Once WinX10 Setup copies all the files, it will allow you to create a
  35. "WinX10 Application" Group in Program Manager and add the appropriate
  36. Icons to the Group. You are now ready to run the program.
